I studied on the campus during my undergrad, and I never took a good picture of it. The sun was long gone and the twilight meshed well with the library. I didn't have my tripod so I resorted to 1/40, F1.8 wide-open at ISO1600, and shoot for whatever I can. The result was surprisingly good. I wish I shot at RAW so that I could open up the dark blue sky a bit.
In the same evening we met a team who was taking pictures in the hallway between LG5 and UG Hall 1. The model posed with a violin and the flash was fired from the ground, illuminating her background and the halls. What a wonderful composition. I wish them all the best.
